This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Personalify(“Call Me”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) protects your privacy when you use FiMe applications on all platforms (“App”, “Apps”, “Application” or “Applications”) and the related services we provide (“Service” or “Services”). This Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the Applications and Services. It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, websites, products or services that we do not control or own, such as Facebook, or any third-party features or services made available via the Application or the Services. I. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When you install or use a feature of Personalify, as part of the installing or buying process, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

User information: Store owner’s name, Email address, Store Address, Phone
Store information: Store domain, Shopify plan, Products, Orders
Activity status of our product: install, uninstall, upgrade, downgrade
Browser and Operating system that uses our app

This information will only be used for product operation and customer services such as support, customization, … We do not display this information publicly or use it for personal purpose. We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do not store any information of your customers. All information related to customer orders will only be used to send to fulfillment.

We do NOT collect data of your payment method or your customers’ payment, nor do we have any permission to see or take action on.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at support@personalify.com

III. E-COMMERCE

Currently all transactions in app is handled via Shopify billing, we do not collect any personal and financial information. In few cases, Personalify collects personal information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Personalify. We does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of services.

V. EUROPEAN RESIDENT

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Once you leave our websites or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

VII. SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

VIII. COOKIES

To enrich and perfect your online experience, Personalify uses “Cookies”, similar technologies and services provided by others to display personalized content, appropriate advertising and store your preferences on your computer. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. These cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are or what your name or e-mail address is.
